The Mira
Nod to history, tip of the hat to modernity.
In a historic town short on multi-family housing, care and consideration needs to be taken to ensure it blends in and brings something to the community. The Mira provides community space to the residents of Lafayette, as well as elevated living spaces to tenants. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of those who settled the area, The Mira stands for forward thinking and innovation.

Lafayette was founded as a mining town — the rich inky rocks make a subtle appearance in the brand marks. As the town evolved other industries became pillars of the community, additional illustrations pay homage to those foundational systems.
